7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unopened, unused, and with all tags intact
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate corrective action at no additional cost, including shipping.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged or faulty products.
Once your exchange is approved, we will replace the item free of charge.
For other item changes, you may place a new order after your return request is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or opened products
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
All approved cases will be handled through our exchange or replacement process.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
